Federico is a graduate of Industrial Chemical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and holds an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT, USA.

He has more than 30 years of experience in Consulting and Management, working for major companies across Europe – including Spain, Portugal, France, and Switzerland – as well as in Latin America, in countries like Mexico, Chile, and Brazil. His expertise encompasses leading projects in Business and Corporate Strategy, Operational Results Improvement, Change Management, Organizational Design, and the Implementation of New Contractor Management Models.

Emilio has an extensive career history, serving as Senior Partner and leader of Telecom and Energy at Bain & Co Iberia, Vice President and General Manager in Spain and Portugal for Booz Allen & Hamilton, and as Vice President leading practices in Telecommunications, Energy, and Equipment Goods at Mac Group / Gemini.

He graduated as an Industrial Engineer from the University of Barcelona and holds an MBA from IESE Business School.

He has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and executive positions, working with companies like McKinsey & Co, Partners in Performance, Soprole, and El Mercurio.

In these roles, he specialized in transformation processes and led new business development initiatives. His professional journey has spanned multiple geographies, including America, Europe, and Oceania, and various industries such as mining, mass consumer goods, media, retail, and digital and technology businesses.

Mauro holds a degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

He has over 30 years of experience in financial advisory, strategy formulation, and project management, working extensively in both the public and private sectors. His expertise is particularly noted in the financial and educational industries.

In his previous roles, he served as the General Manager of CORFO, and held executive positions at Econsult and Universidad Gabriela Mistral, where he led the development of strategic plans and corporate projects with a focus on innovation and financial investment analysis.

Felipe holds a degree in Commercial Engineering from Universidad Gabriela Mistral, and an MBA from Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, in collaboration with ESE Business School Chile.
