All of this is based on Lean Manufacturing tools. Our approach includes analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, implementing Lean tools, and training staff.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Transformation of processes and operational organization at a mid-sized mining company:<\/strong> We transformed the processes and operational structure of a mid-sized mining company, shifting from a traditional model to a remote operation and establishing a new approach to decision-making and management as a preliminary step toward adopting new remote operation technologies. Our work helped the mining company reduce costs and improve the efficiency of its operations, even in a remote setting.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Improving productivity in the construction of a major power project:<\/strong> We improved productivity on a major electrical construction project by implementing a transparent collaborative management model and conducting cause-and-effect analysis cycles in areas identified as opportunities.
