We established standardized processes, control tools, and reporting mechanisms that improved transparency, efficiency, and cost control for the projects. The result was improved project execution and optimized resource utilization.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rethinking a major pulp project in Brazil:<\/strong> We were brought in to turn around a large-scale pulp and paper project in Brazil that was experiencing significant delays and cost overruns. We conducted a thorough analysis of the situation, identifying the root causes of the problems and redefining the critical path.
